How it works
- Top-up amount is rounded to the nearest $10 increment.
- Top-up credits stay in your wallet until you spend them, with no monthly reset, as long as you have no subscription. A subscription renewal resets the balance.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credit purchases are non-refundable, but failed generations are auto-refunded.
Enterprise sub-company accounts can’t buy top-up credits. Top-ups are only available to the parent account and standard accounts.
