Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-09
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It describes what you may not do with Reklamedia's AI video generation service. It applies to what you upload, what you generate, and what you publish.
This document is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice.
The short version
The Service animates your products and people who have agreed to it. If you cannot show that the person in an image said yes, do not upload it.
People and likeness
You may not:
- Upload an image or audio of any real person without that person's permission to use their likeness for AI‑generated video, including commercial and advertising use.
- Use the likeness of a celebrity, politician, or other public figure without a licence.
- Upload an image of anyone under 18 without their parent or legal guardian's consent — and never in a sexual, intimate, or suggestive context, without exception.
- Create sexual, intimate, or degrading depictions of any real person.
- Present a generated video as authentic footage of a real person or event, or otherwise impersonate someone deceptively.
- Attempt to infer or assign protected characteristics (race, religion, health, sexual orientation, political affiliation) to a person shown in your content.
Content and conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
- Produce political disinformation, election interference material, or content designed to deceive about a matter of public importance.
- Harass, defame, threaten, extort, or blackmail anyone.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or data‑protection rights.
- Generate content that sexualises minors. This is absolute. We report it to the competent authorities and terminate the account.
- Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the safety filters of the Service or of the models it routes to.
What we do and do not do
- We do not review, approve, or legally clear your content before it is generated. You are the publisher.
- We mark generated videos as AI‑generated where we are able to. Where a visible label is legally required on published content, that duty is yours.
- The models we route to may refuse an input — images containing real human faces among them. That is the model's behaviour, not a fault in the Service. Refused generations are refunded.
Reporting a violation
Email legal@advideolab.com. Tell us the share link or video, and what is wrong with it. We act on credible notices by removing the content and disabling share links, and we handle reports of non‑consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable share links, suspend generation, or terminate an account for a violation of this policy — without notice where the violation is serious or ongoing. Repeat violations end the account.
